All of this meat came to $33.49 (about 26 pounds at $1.29 per pound). My meat cutting skills aren't the best, but I ended up with about ten packages of little pork steaks I can fry or cook on the grill, three big roasts that I can use for sunday dinner, and several packages of smaller roasts or loos
