My power bill dropped after switching cooling systems… is this normal?

I’m not sure if this is just coincidence or if the system actually makes that big of a difference.Last year we cooled our house with three window AC units. Our summer electric bills were usually around $250–$330 depending on the heat. Earlier this year we replaced them with 2 Costway split ac units
